My Story

Hello there! My name is Dominic, but my friends call me Dom Kizzie for short, how may I serve you today?  For my entire life I’ve been working as a Life Coach who specializes in helping people cope with their issues. I didn't realize the impact I was making. I coached my clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts. I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to turn my newfound passion into a full-time career. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals. I guess you're wondering and asking yourself by now. Who is Dominic really? I'm glad you asked! I became an ordained minister over 15 years ago. That allowed me the opportunity to become a gospel/rap artist and I've stood before a many of crowds on a many of stages spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm also a published author and a certified keto coach and the host of my very own podcast ("CANTWEIGHTTOTALK"). I've been a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team since 2022 because I too was looking for more in my life and I've found my purpose here! Now if you make the time for me, I'll make the time for you. I have a list of duties that I make for myself every day and you are right there at the top of that list!
